Manual wind Azimuth Militare Vintage B-UHR 48mm Inner Hour watch powered by modified Unitas 6497/8 movement with extra sweep second wheel, pinion and large second hand. Satin finished stainless steel case with hinged solid steel back cover revealing the beautifully finished unique movement.
